So finally I have the podcasting thing sorted out. So, CLICK HERE to see the webpage I created to upload my radio shows, or "podcasts". When you see the page, you will see a purple button at the upper left that says "suscribe" if you hit the subscribe button, it will open iTunes (if you have iTunes on your computer, and you SHOULD cause it is free...) and register the feed in the "podcasts" section of your iTunes directory. I am posting a second one soon. Enjoy...
