These two videos are insane for different reasons.
First, a Japanese invention. Who in the hell had the time and money to make this thing I will never find out, but someone has way too much time on his hands (said the person who makes violins out of steel...).
The next one is insane because it is so sad. I think the machine from the first video should be relocated to the area of the second video and be used to fix some problems, like by opening up the goddamn housing units for these people...
