So I'm off work again soon. As of tomorrow actually. But this time there is no paid leave. I'm off till at LEAST April, maybe May. So I have got to find some things to do. I will be making a website for my friend Louis Corporale, a fellow violin maker, lover of yellow people and a pervert (just like having an older brother!).
His site is in, what we webdesigners call "severe dysfunctionality". I mean it's REALLY non-functional, like a cereamic flyswatter. That'll take up some time and earn some money. Also,
I am still hoping to make a violin for a lady in NY, but I haven't heard from her in a while so maybe I scared her off. The hardest part of making a violin will be finding a studio. I've done it four times in America, but never in Japan. Not sure how I will convince anyone to let me use their shop other than by giving them money. Guess we shall see.
Also, I have had my "last class" with all of my classes this week. The 8th graders are all graduating and I will be going to their graduation. Because it is a special occasion, I will be wearing my special necktie that I wore to my own high school graduation, and my own college graduation. The kids love my tie, but since they are Japanese they are always trying to eat it.

The 8th grade teacher and I had a laugh because one of the students said something like, "Wow! Americans really always do have outlandish tastes don't they!" She then kindly explained, "No, no. Not ALL Americans, just Erich."
And yes, by the way, he is a Rainbow Trout thank you very much. And NO he probably WOULDN'T taste good with SOY SAUCE!!!!
Mine,
Erich von Meatleg

Love the tie and you were such a cute kid, you look so sweet and innocent, totally unlike the Meatleg we all know....and have to say (love). :-) Thanks for all the entertainment you provide on your site, such an interesting life you lead. David still has the pic's you drew on the wall in his office.
Take Care,

Cool! Thanks! I couldn't have graduated college without all of the help from my friends in the Financial Aid office of the school formerly known as Southwest Missouri State University. Say hi to everyone for me!
