One of my favorite parts of the teaching gig here is that once a week I teach at an "Animal University". Its a zoo/amusement/aquarium park that contains a school to teach people how to care for animals. In this school, they have an English class and I am one of the two English teachers. On Friday (April 8th) I went there on my DAY OFF because I had to be present for a school induction ceremony for the new students. Afterwards, since it was my DAY OFF, I bummed around for a few hours and saw the park (for free) for a few hours. Took lotsa pictures but my batteries in my camera died, so I'll get more pics later and put together another gallery. Here are a few pictures of me when I am holding a monkey (that was wearing diapers to restrict the monkey's access to
monkey ammo!!!!!), a parrot (reminds me of home, except my mother's parrots always tried to take an ear or a finger off) and I even got to RIDE A KILLER WHALE. What a great job!

Click here to see the website of the park!!! (It has a small Engrish section...)Ta ta!
