Slooowwwww...

So I haven't written a lot in the blog lately. I've been busy with all kinds of things but I promise I 'll write more soon. As if I didn't already have enough to do, I have teamed up with a friend of mine, Sam of Miami, to begin making an online music scene website called The Oceanbun. It will eventually be a bilingual site focused on the local music scene in my area. The name come from three English/Japanese concepts.
1. First, in Japanese, the "お" ("O") is often added to nouns to make it sound honorable.
2. Second, the word "ocean". Obviosuly because we live near the ocean.
3. Thrice, the word 新聞(sheen-bun) in Japanese means "newspaper", so if you say O-sheen-bun, it kind of sounds like "honorable newspaper". Kinda like the "Royale Air Force".
So, we have O-Cean-Bun. The Honorable-Oceanside-Newspaper. Except it isn't a newspaper yet, it's just online. And its not a finished site yet, its still just a work in progress. But whatever. Now you know why I havent been keeping up with my blog.
Ta ta,
Erich von Meatleg
